Will all students be in the picture, even if they don't have money?

Yes, all students present on group portrait day will be included in the group portrait.

Is payment required on portrait day?

Yes, but since all students are in the picture, money is accepted for three days after portrait date. (Late orders are accepted at our office only after the three days, but a custom order fee may apply.)

Can I combine payment for all my children in one check?

No, this is not recommended. (You could end up with multiple pictures of the same group.)

How can I pay?

Cash, check or money order. If paying by cash, PLEASE have correct change!

My child was absent on group portrait day, can you put them in the picture after the fact?

No. We're sorry, but digital manipulation of this type of photograph is prohibitively expensive.

Will there be a retake day for group pictures?

Sorry, all students should be present on the original group photo day. Simply because there is a chance that someone else will be absent on the make-up day.

What time will my child's class be photographed?

Each school is provided with a blank timetable template with which to set their own schedule. Please check with your school.
