I don't like my I.D. picture, can I retake it or can I replace it with my school picture I had taken on makeup day?

I.D. pictures are just for identification. You cannot retake them nor can you replace them with another picture.

I'm only taking an I.D. picture, why can't I leave my hat (or other head wear) on?

Although you are only taking an I.D. picture, you will still be in your schools yearbook. Each school has their own policy about wearing head wear for yearbook. We suggest you speak with the yearbook advisor prior to picture day.

How long will it take to get my I.D.?

Each school my have their own unique ID Card process and many high schools actually make their own. Please check with your respective school. If it is determined that Larry Allen Studios is making the ID Cards for your school, they usually arrive approximately ten working days after underclass portrait packages are delivered.

My name was misspelled (or wrong name), do I need to return my badge or just retake my picture?

Return card to Larry Allen Studios and name will be corrected. Please be aware, however, that some secondary schools are producing their own security cards.

I like the picture on my I.D. card better than the package I ordered. Can I return my package and order a package with the I.D. picture? Vice Versa?

Not unless, the portraits (or ID card) you received are defective.
