If I'm not happy with my pictures, can I get a refund?

Yes, please return your portrait package back to studio within ten school days.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Approximately two weeks.

I've lost my reorder slip. Is there a way that I can still reorder pictures?

Yes, please submit by US MAIL or E-MAIL student name, address, phone number, School name, and teacher name along with a check or credit card number for the amount of the reorder. Reorder (hyperlink) prices and instructions are attached to each online category. In addition, a reorder form can be faxed.

If I like my pictures but want to make changes such as retouching, adding a color background or star appeal, can I do that?

Yes, but you will need to purchase another complete set of portraits.

Can I order a package from my I.D. picture?

Yes. But after portrait day, there is a custom order fee of $5.00 that must be added to the portrait package price.
