- My son/daughter's softball team was photographed two weeks ago and I
would like to order a team picture. Is it too late?
IT's not too late. You just need to
provide us with the school's name, and your son/daughter's complete team
name. There is a $5.00 custom order fee that must be added to the price of
photos.
- Why do I have to pay for an individual uniform picture at the time our
team is being photographed?
Each roll and frame of film must be recorded
and accounted for at the time teams and individual pictures are taken. The
film and all money collected at the time are sent along with completed
paperwork to our plant for processing. This insures the correct amount of
team pictures ordered along with those students who ordered an individual
uniform picture taken. In addition, the only way we can offer quantity
pricing is to process all orders at the same time.
- While taking the team/individual pictures, your photographer told my
child that the paper work would be processed within 24 hours. Can we still
order a team picture?
Yes, just call our studio and give us the name of
your child's school and complete team name. A $5.00 custom order fee will be
imposed.
- How long will it take to get my team/individual pictures?
Approximately three weeks.
